Focused single-system solution. Typically 2–3 week delivery. Ideal for a specific problem — a compliance tracker, a membership register, a simple board portal.
Full System
$6,000 – $15,000
Multi-module system with integrations, user roles, and reporting. 4–8 week delivery. Includes training and documentation.
Ongoing Retainer
$400 – $600/month
Post-delivery support, continuous improvement, and system evolution as your organisation changes. Optional but recommended — the horizon keeps moving.
